Orders will be shipped by a Global-e Carrier Service. Customs, duties, shipping fees and transit times are calculated at checkout depending on your country or region.
International orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 15 business days. Please bear in mind that while these estimated times reflect the majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes and inspections, these estimated times could take longer. You pay guaranteed landed costs at checkout; no additional fees are due upon delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Please note that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy
We regret to inform you that we don't accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests on our products at this time. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders or modify addresses. However, we have partnered with Route to offer you package protection on your purchase. We strongly suggest you opt for Route Package Protection to cover any loss or damages in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at you@indewild.com (10am to 6pm EST Mon-Fri) with your order number and an unboxing video of the order or a photo of the item's condition.
FAQs
How long will it take to process my order, and when can I expect a shipping notification?
Your order will be processed in 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your shipment within 1-3 business days. You can also check the status of your order on our website in the 'My Account' section.
Why is my order not shipped yet?
If you have placed an order before 2 pm, allow us 24 hours to ship your order. All orders placed after 2 pm are shipped on the next business day (except weekends and public holidays).
Can I change my shipping address or phone number after placing an order?
You cannot change your shipping address or phone number after placing the order.
Can I place an order using an international phone number?
Yes, you can however, please ensure you put a phone number that is active and you have access to.
How long will it take to deliver my order, especially during the festive season?
We understand how exciting the festive or holiday season can be and we're here to help. However, we can't promise exact arrival dates, especially during the high-demand season. Shipping times may vary by region.
Do you offer international shipping?

Is it possible to pick up my order in-store or at a warehouse?
We do not offer in-store or warehouse pickup.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation?
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at you@indewild.com (10am to 6pm Mon-Fri).
Just provide your name and order number, and we'll get back to you at the earliest.
I have pre-ordered a product. When will it be shipped?
Shipping of pre-ordered products starts only on the dates mentioned on the product page.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it's placed. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes.
Will you give me a return, replacement or refund if I bought a product through an authorized retailer?
Unfortunately we cannot provide returns, replacements or refunds for products purchased at another retailer. If you purchased indē wild products from an authorized retailer, please reach out to them for assistance.
Will I get a replacement if my product arrives damaged?
